When I get stressed out, I usually go to the mountain alone, or I go to a store for buying some snacks. After I eat a bunch of snacks, I feel full and I can release my stress. When I have a little bit of stress, I usually control of it with coffee.
How about you?
Is there any good ways to control stress?

When i get stressed out, i usually go to bed early. i need some time to take a rest. Thinking too much on some problems makes me stressful so, i usually give some time for myself. That is the thing i get stressed out.
When I get stressed, I usually wokr out,like soccer, ping-pong, something like that. After that, I also drink a lot. And then, I go to bed.
Sometimes, I go to the room alone and play the Jango loudly singing Korean traditional songs.

Actually, I am easy going that I do not get stressed out that much. Also when I think that the stress I can't solve, I just watch TV or Go shoopin with my friend to forget about the stress. In many cases, it works well.
These days, I really seem to need God, because I can't find happiness around me and my work.

When I am really angry, I don't speak a word. I just sit or sleep.
After several hours, when I think of it again, I usually understand it and handle it. Or sometimes I meet one of my friends and talk a lot.
I once used to eat some chocolate though~ I found it unhealthy and come to nothing but tooth decay
When i get really stressed out with too many things to do, i try to go out to get some fresh air and clear my mind~
I'd like to listen to music with my ipot and go to fancy cafe for a cup of capuccino~^^
